Most other brands only offer an outpower of 2500W, our device is 4500W making treatments faster and more effective in shorter periods of time.
While other technologies may only deliver one wavelength such as Alexandrite 755nm or ND Yag 1064nm, Radiance Touch delivers 3 wavelengths simultaneously.
The Radiance Touch Applicator uses a sapphire cooling tip which helps to cool the skin whilst in motion and provides continues cooling.
While other brands only offer an applicator spot size of 12 x 20mm and ’20 million shots’ the Radiance Touch applicator has a spot size on 20cm x 20 cm and ’50 million shots’.
In addition to this our applicator has a touch screen display making it easy to adjust parameters whilst carrying out the treatment.
Wavelength is crucial for both the effectiveness and safety of hair removal procedures. It determines the depth of light penetration into the skin and how effectively the laser energy is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicles.
The optimal wavelength allows precise targeting of hair follicles while minimizing absorption by surrounding skin tissue. An inappropriate wavelength can lead to ineffective hair removal or cause skin damage by overheating the epidermis or failing to penetrate deep enough. Matching the right wavelength to your skin and hair type ensures safe and successful permanent hair reduction.
It is virtually painless for most clients however some clients may experience a slight warm. flicking sensation. In addition to this Radiance Touch has SHR Technology and Cooling Technology which significantly reduces any discomfort.
Yes! Radiance Touch can treat all skin types on the Fitzpatrick Scale and the preset settings make is simple and easy to use. No, unfortunately no device on the market can treat whist, grey or red hair. Laser hair removal machines cannot effectively treat white, grey, or red hair because these hair colours lack melanin, the pigment that the laser targets to destroy hair follicles. The laser uses light energy to heat the hair follicle, and without melanin, the laser cannot differentiate the hair from the surrounding tissue, making it ineffective. This is why laser hair removal is not a viable option for these hair colours.
This is primarily due to the hair growth cycle. Laser hair removal targets hair follicles during their anagen phase (active growth), where the hair follicle is actively producing hair. Since not all hairs are in the anagen phase simultaneously, multiple sessions are required to catch as many hairs as possible in their active growth stage. Coarse, dark hair responds best to laser hair removal, as the laser energy is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. If you have finer or lighter-coloured hair, more sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired reduction. In addition to this clients with medical conditions such as PCOS may require more treatments.
No, other than transmission gel for each treatment there is nothing else required. Applicator heads usually requiring replacing every 3-5 years depending on level of usage or once it has reached ’50 million shots’.
