Support and Training

Training

 At Evoline, we provide free training and ongoing support with every product purchased. We ensure that you are provided with both the practical and theory elements.  Not only do we offer device training to give you the confidence and skills to deliver the best possible treatments but we also include free ‘Core of Knowledge’ training.

Core of Knowledge training is a UK recognised, fundamental e-learning programme for anyone delivering Laser or IPL treatments, which focuses on safety, hazards and optical radiation. It covers laser physics, tissue interaction, risk assessments and regulations, serving as a minimum standard for users. 

The Core of Knowledge is a recognised standard by the MHRA and most Local Authorities will expect those applying for a licence to have the necessary training and certification. In addition some insurers will also request evidence of training completed. We will provide the correct certification required for you to demonstrate that you are in compliance with applicable regulations and laws, avoiding potential legal issues and consequences. 

We will provide onsite face to face, machine training in your Salon / Clinic the same day we deliver your machine, so you can be up and running the following day! 

Technical Support

We will deliver and install the machine on the same day if you are based in the UK and provide information on how to maintain your machine to keep it working efficiently. Our 2 year warranty offers you peace of mind with a ‘fix or replace’ policy during the warranty period. Should your Radiance Touch device encounter any technical issues our customer support team are available 7 days a week to respond to any quires or issues.

If the issues cannot be resolved over the phone or with our technical support team, we will send our Evoline qualified engineers to repair your machine. If your device cannot be repaired we will send a replacement to you. Our engineers also offer annual servicing ensuring your device is maintained to the highest standards.
